Beautiful, charming and spacious cottage that has all modern aids. The cottage has a nice large kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room. In the middle of the living room, where the ceiling slopes, is a wood-burning stove, which at all times of the year can help to create a cozy warmth - whether you are sitting with a good book or standing in the kitchen with a glass of red wine. From the living room there is access to several terraces that have several nooks and crannies. All rooms are spacious and bright. One room is in open connection with the family room. Smart TV is installed in the house. The cottage is located on a beautiful plot in a quiet area. The cottage is partially surrounded by trees. In the area there is plenty of opportunity for many good walks both by the beach and in the woods. Furthermore, it should be mentioned that there are only approx. 100 meters to a nice big playground with cable car, petanque court and two large ball fields. Approx. 150 meters behind the playground is a nature area / lake, where there are great chances to see cranes, sea eagles, deer and roe deer. A great experience in the early morning or evening.
