In Houstrup on a lovely large plot surrounded by trees is a beautiful idyllic stone cottage with a thatched roof. Around the cottage there is a tiled terrace, where there is both a small annex with sauna and bath and a really nice tool room. Two buildings that fit really well into the main house, and which help to create a really cozy patio environment with lots of nooks and crannies. The cottage is furnished with a huge living room with sloping ceilings, where both the kitchen and two sofa groups and a long dining table are located. A perfect space for the whole family, whether you want to enjoy games, cook or just enjoy the fire in the wood stove. From the room there is also both access to the terraces and stairs to the small living room on the first floor, from where you can both look down into the living room and beyond the area. An absolutely beautifully maintained cottage with white walls, bright kitchen and lovely bright bedrooms with brand new good mattresses from 2018. Situated on a lovely plot with many options.
