CHANGE DAY FRIDAY - On a nice enclosed plot is a really nice stone cottage with pool. Kitchen and living room are in open connection with each other. From the living room there is access to the pool area, where there is also a spa and sauna. All bedrooms appear bright and welcoming. From the living room there is also access to a lovely terrace, from which there is again a clear view of the large plot, which offers play at all times of the year. The house is close to Blåbjerg Plantage, where i.a. there are several marked walking routes as well as Sea West, where there is a nice water park, which can be used for a fee. If you choose this holiday home, you are helping to take care of the environment, as electricity from wind turbines is used here. At the same time there are 3 heat pumps which heat the house and the water in the spa. You will therefore save a little on electricity consumption by choosing this lovely cottage in Houstrup.
