These are 28 apartments in general and are spread over the modern four-story residence. This apartment is located on the first, second, or third floor and is modern and comfortably furnished. There is a nice balcony with garden furniture overlooking the nearby surroundings. This particular apartment is an ideal vacation home for a family. You are only 300 m from the beautiful Ossiachersee (with a public beach) for basking under the sun and 150 m from the ski lift. The town of Villach is only 9 km away. Stock up your essentials required for the stay from the supermarket 2 km away. There are many wonderful things to explore in this region. You can go cycling or hiking here. Relax in the living room which has an HD TV and a double sofa bed. You'll find a dishwasher in the open-plan kitchen. It is well-equipped for preparing tasty meals. The apartment has 2-balconies on which you can enjoy the views while sipping your favourite coffee or tea. From the apartment, you have a great view of the Ossiacher See and the surrounding mountains. There are two bedrooms, one of which has two single box-spring beds that are set up as a double bed, and one of which has a bunk bed with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath or shower and a toilet. You are allowed to park one car in the garage and the car can be parked in the parking space. In short, this apartment is an excellent holiday destination in both summer and winter! Annenheim Train Station is 500 m away.
