All Lungau ski areas (Mauterndorf ski center, Obertauern, Fanningberg, Katschberg) are easily accessible by car or ski bus. The apartment is on the top floor of the "Maut68" apartment building and is in the immediate vicinity of the center of Mauterndorf. There is also a lift and a ski room with ski boot heater in the house.
