Modern apartment house at the entrance to Sölden in a quiet location - hamlet of Kaisers. Panoramic location overlooking Nederkogl, Sölden's most famous peak.
Wonderful starting point for walks, hiking tours and mountain biking/cycling adventures. Giggijoch and Gaislachkogl mountain gondolas easily accessible by car or bus (2-4 driving minutes).



Modern apartment house at the entrance to Sölden in a quiet location - hamlet of Kaisers. Panoramic location overlooking the Alpine scenery. Not far away from the village center an dthe ski lifts. Skibus stop at 1 walking minute (free shuttle service running every 10 minutes to Giggijoch and Gaislachkogl mountain gondolas). Cross-country skiing track leads past our house! There is also a small hill in front of the house, where smaller children have fun with sliding or tobogganing.

Suitable for allergy sufferers (active ventilation system). Nice terrace with sunbathing lawn, BBQ site.

    “Positiv: Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer blitzsauberen Wohnung. Absolut zu erwähnen ist, dass alle Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer und TV Gerät hatten. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage des Hauses kann als sehr ruhig beschrieben werden. Die Betreuung vor Ort, seitens der Besitzer, war sehr gut. Bei Fragen waren diese telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar. Appart Elias ist somit absolut zu empfehlen. Sölden ansich ist immer eine Reise wert. Wir fahren im Sommer Downhill und im Winter Snowboard. Für beides sind super Bedingungen vorhanden!”
