    “Zuerst die positiven Dinge: Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und der Meerblick wie versprochen. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Geräten für französische Verhältnisse überdurchschnittlich. Vermutlich ist die Wohnung mindestens 40 Jahre alt und macht den Eindruck als wäre seit dem nichts mehr investiert worden. An einer Stelle platzt die Farbe von der Wand ab. Auch an den Badfenstern platzt die Farbe ab. Die ehemals weiße Badewanne ist mittlerweile braun und der Duschvorhang ist ebenfalls vergammelt. Am Duschbrausehalter bildet sich Schimmel. Zumindest das Terrassengeländer welches schon aus dem Beton gebrochen ist, wurde während unserem Aufenthalt saniert.
