Welcome to your eifelia holiday home in the Eifel!

Two new, modern holiday homes for your special Eifel vacation, each offering space for up to 4 people.

The two eifelia holiday homes, including outdoor facilities with pool area and sauna, provide you with a place to feel good in a small Eifel village while you explore the Eifel. The furnishings reflect a lot of love for detail, and it is important to us that you lack nothing and feel at home.

In the warm season, the private terrace invites cozy get-togethers, and the large pool offers a pleasant refreshment. On colder days or after exciting excursions, you can warm up and relax in the sauna at any time.

The spacious house offers you space for up to four people.

It features a modern fitted kitchen with complete kitchen inventory, including coffee, tea, and a water cooler.
In the living area, you can relax on the cozy couch in front of the TV.
Two bedrooms with large box spring beds promise restful nights.

The large terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and an electric grill invites you to social gatherings.

A large bathroom with a rainforest shower and a separate toilet rounds off your holiday home.

Guests of both holiday houses also have access to the large garden area with sun loungers and various seating options, as well as the heated outdoor pool (May - October), the pool house with sauna, relaxation room, and bathroom with toilet.

Additionally, there is a dedicated parking space with a charging station for electric cars, a washing machine, dryer, and free Wi-Fi.

For the youngest guests, we are happy to provide a baby bed and a high chair free of charge.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed here. (Please check our house "Im Käulchen" for more information.)

Conditions:

The prices are per night for 1 to 2 people, for each additional person we charge an extra 30,- € per night.

Children up to 3 years are free, children from 4 to 12 years pay 20,- € per night.

The minimum stay is 4 - 7 nights depending on the season.

For dogs, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 10,- € per night (dogs are only allowed in the "Im Käulchen" house).
