It can accomodate up to 8 guests and it has a living area of 105m2 and 420 m2 for plot. The wonderful external area has a private swimming pool (7x3,5m), a barbecue and a large, covered terrace where you can have a poolside breakfast next to the pool. Garage for 2 cars. Large living room with tv (satellite) and access to the swimming-pool. Fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, cooking pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven,dish washer and washing machine. ¡Yes, we want you to enjoy meals as if you were at home! Master room en suite has one double bed (150x90cm) with one bathroom with shower and access to a large and nice terrace, second room has another double bedroom (135x185cm), third room has 2 single beds (90x200cm) and forth room has bunk beds for 2 people (90x185cm). There is a second bathroom with shower. Optional heating with an extra cost. We do not allow groups of young people and parties in this unit.Dogs on request depends on the number of dogs and the weight.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngstersReservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permittedIt is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
