This elegant villa with a private swimming pool is only a few km from Cortona. For a family with children, it is a beautiful place for a sun holiday.You are in the Valdichiana countryside. In the area you can go to art cities such as Cortona (9 km), Florence (120 km), Siena (79 km), Arezzo (33 km) and Pienza (54 km). You cannot enter the center of Cortona by car, but there are free parking spaces outside the walls, about a 10-minute walk from the center.You stay in an old, noble building from the 19th century, which has been transformed into a residential complex. On the ground floor there is a living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen that leads to the patio. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms and is accessible via an iron staircase. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 1,000 m2, a parking space, and of course, the fenced swimming pool with sun terrace.
