A beautiful and modern holiday home for the whole family, situated on a natural plot just 175 metres from the fantastic sandy beach of Balka.

The house welcomes you with an open-plan concept up to the roof gable, which in combination with large windows creates a spacious and bright atmosphere. You can relax in the large living room while watching TV or listening to music and enjoy the warmth and cosy atmosphere of the wood-burning stove in winter. In the open, well-equipped kitchen, you can enjoy preparing your favourite dishes. A ladder leads up from the living room to a large loft, where you can cosy up in beanbags in front of the TV (Chromecast and Apple TV available). There are also two beds here. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a washer/dryer.

The house also impresses from the outside. There is a beautiful, partially covered wooden terrace, which is equipped with various outdoor furniture and a barbecue, so that you can round off a wonderful holiday with a cosy evening. The house is situated on a sandy plot, which gives you the feeling of being on the beach. There is also a fire pit and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand.

The popular Balka beach, where you can swim and sunbathe for hours, is only a few minutes away. You live just a short distance from restaurants, kiosks and shops. The house is located between the charming villages of Snogebæk and Nexø, both of which have good restaurants, great shopping facilities and nice shops selling, among other things, the characteristic ceramic and glass art for which the island is known. The popular excursion destination of Rokkestenen is also relatively close by.

All in all, you can expect a beautiful and modern holiday home that exudes a real summer holiday atmosphere - look forward to your stay!
