FINCA SA CARROTJA VELLA, antique Majorcan house renovated with swimming pool. Antique house in Mallorcan style completely renovated. Located in a very quiet area. Ideal for a family holiday. 1 km from the town of Porto Cristo. Availability for 10 people.The construction of the current house dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, with the last renovation taking place a few years ago, in 2018, to equip the house with the comforts necessary today, without losing the character of the old construction, giving it a rustic-modern decoration where the two styles are magnificently combined.The house has left behind the old agricultural uses to which it was destined last century to give way to a new stage as a holiday home in which the traveller can admire its exposed stone walls, its mill tower, as well as enjoy its large garden with swimming pool and its surroundings with lawn and trees.
Large outside terrace with porch and wood burning barbecue. Outdoor furniture is available for outdoor meals. Private swimming pool with garden where you can relax in the sun and where the little ones can play outside.
Detached detached house of 300 m2 on two floors.On the ground floor consists of living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Room 1: ground floor, two single beds 0.90m. Room 2: ground floor, two single beds 1.05m. Room 3: first floor, double bed 1.35m. Room 4: first floor, two single beds 0.90m. Room 5: first floor, two single beds 0.90m and bathroom ensuite. Both, the lounge and the kitchen, have direct access to the outside porch.The house has different tables where guests can eat.We have a large table in the kitchen, easily available for eight guests, as well as two tables on the outside porch with access from the kitchen, available for ten guests.Another large table is available in the dining room.It has refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, DVD, iron.We provide towels, sheets and cots. It has WIFI, satellite TV, wood burning barbecue.
