Our large family-friendly holiday homes are located in the Felsenland Südeifel, directly in the German-Luxembourg Nature Park near the climatic health resort of Neuerburg in the Eifel - a historic place with a long history and modern infrastructure.

Large modern holiday home with gallery & galleries for up to 16 guests

The 150m² Eifel-Atrium holiday home offers five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery as a combined dining, living and kitchen area as well as two galleries with additional living areas. The optimum occupancy is 14 people, but additional beds and sofa beds are available for a larger group of guests.

The special feature of this holiday home is the open gallery living area. The gallery breaks through several floors of the house, providing light and openness throughout the building. Two galleries offer a further retreat or reading corner without being completely isolated from the rest of the living area

The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, cocktail armchairs and a table made from a Formula 1 tyre. The dining area has benches and a large table for all guests. The kitchen is equipped with a large side-by-side fridge and six hobs.

The house can accommodate a total of 16 people, including a maximum of 14 adults. There are two double rooms, two triple rooms and a dormitory with eight beds. There is also a sofa bed on the two galleries.

The gallery and the galleries combined with the large windows make the holiday home open and bright. In addition to central heating, there is also an automatically filled pellet stove in the holiday home. There is a bathroom with WC and shower on each floor.

There is a large terrace in front of and behind the house with patio furniture, parasol and a charcoal barbecue.

The holiday home is located near three other holiday homes. Please adjust the volume to the time in the evening and keep a quiet night outside from 11 pm. We therefore cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25). We would like to make it clear that stag parties and drinking parties are not welcome.
