The castles and baroque castle gardens characterise the townscape, as do the many half-timbered houses from the late Middle Ages. A walk through the old town will undoubtedly delight you. Many hiking trails in and around Blankenburg lead through the Harz Mountains to the highlights of the beautiful landscape. But there is also plenty to experience for cyclists and mountain bikers. Trips to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg and Rübeland are also very worthwhile.In addition to the great location, the accommodation has a beautiful interior characterised by wooden beams and a loggia to offer. If required, two guest beds can be set up in the living room. You can cater for yourself in the well-equipped kitchen and relax in the sauna in the evenings.
