It has 3 double bedrooms (if 7 guests, we add an extra bed at no charge), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipped, large barbecue facing to the terrace and the pool, garage, 2 bathrooms, sun loungers, outdoor tables and chairs and plot fenced.
The villa is located in a quiet area just 15 minutes from the coast and Calpe agitation and between 20 and 30 minutes from the coast of Javea, Denia, Moraira and Altea.
The Terra Mitica theme park is 30 minutes.
The town of Jalon is in her namesake valley surrounded by vineyards and almond.
