Enjoy the beautiful view of the water of the Maas from your terrace.
From inside you have a wonderful view of the water and the colourful bird life. Boats and other water sports enthusiasts also pass by regularly. At high tide, you have a great view of the activities and the landscape beyond.

You enter this beautiful, stylishly furnished house via the terrace with garden chairs.
Through the patio doors you enter the living room with open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen is very well equipped for a houseboat. For example, you have a small dishwasher and a small oven.
Both bedrooms have a double bed (200x180cm and 200x150cm).

Unfortunately, your own boat cannot be moored to the houseboat. However, it is possible to hire a quay in the neighbouring marina.

The houseboat is located right next to a small marina where you can use the boat ramp (for a fee at reception).

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and sailing.
The site is located in the well-known and very extensive Maasplassen area with many beautiful villages and towns. Belgium and Germany are just around the corner.
In the Netherlands you should visit the white city of Thorn, the historic cities of Maastricht and Roermond and the national parks De Meinweg and De Groote Peel.

Cycling enthusiasts can visit the beautiful Linnerweerd nature reserve.

At Maasterp beach near the Dilkensplas National Park, you can try swimming, surfing, canoeing and wakeboarding.

In Belgium, you should definitely visit Maaseik, the Burgundian city of Hasselt and the Hoge Kempen National Park.
