Delightful holiday home in a beautiful structure surrounded by 25 hectares of land, 2 km from the historic center of Sassoferrato (AN) which is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy guarded in the Apennines, between streams, waterfalls, hills and a splendid countryside: an uncontaminated environment with a landscape that changes color every season, a panorama that invites you to stop and admire. The modern-style apartment with independent entrance is located on the first floor and can be reached via a comfortable external staircase in terracotta, while the "night" area is accessed via an internal staircase with four wooden steps, equipped with wi-fi and air conditioning, but it is also suitable for winter. In the outdoor area you will find tables and chairs to eat outside and, in common with the other six apartments of the Country House, a large equipped garden and a large and relaxing swimming pool. For these reasons, the house is particularly suitable for families with children or a group of friends who love or the countryside and silence; moreover, the good location allows you to visit not only the historic center of the city rich in art and culture, but the territory borders on two protected areas: that of the Regional Natural Park of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi and of Mount Cucco: the spectacular Gola di Frasassi, famous all over the world for the caves of the same name, is just a few kilometers away and offers inexhaustible outdoor itineraries. Whether on foot, on a nice hike, or by bike with a MTB, there are many stages not to be missed: we also recommend the route that starts from the waterfall where the Mulino della Marena rises, going up the Sentino path where there are beautiful waterfalls, up to the Forra di Riofreddo.
