This charming and cozy apartment, perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, will delight you.
The maisonette apartment, with two terraces and a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore towards Italy and the Swiss Alps, is located just a short walk from the beautiful lakeside promenade. Due to its privileged position on the 5th floor of a building situated on a hill about 100 meters away from the lakeside road, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting while still being close enough to the lively surroundings.
The high-quality furnishings provide the perfect conditions for wonderfully relaxing vacation days.
The maisonette apartment, with its two terraces, is very close to the lakeside promenade and offers beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Along the lakeside promenade, several restaurants invite you to relax, and there is also a docking station for the Navigazione Lago Maggiore ferry company. From here, you can take a boat to Italy (e.g., Cannobbio or Luino) or to Ascona, Locarno, or the charming Brissago Islands.
The cozy furnishings and central location of the apartment offer the best conditions for wonderfully relaxed vacation days.
On the lower level, in addition to a modern bathroom with a shower, you have two bedrooms at your disposal: one with a double bed and a wonderful view of the lake from the adjoining veranda, and the other with a comfortable 120x200 cm bed.
A few steps lead you to the upper level, where you’ll find a beautifully laid-out living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a modern guest WC. The spacious living area exudes Ticino charm, thanks to the high ceiling with wooden beams and an open fireplace.
From the living area, you can step directly onto the terrace, where you can live and relax all day long in the midst of beautiful tranquility.
As evening falls, you can welcome the blue hour with an aperitif or enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner. You have all the possibilities and the stunning lake view always at hand.
And what could be better than having breakfast the next morning, again with that unique lake view?
The accommodation is also suitable for guests who have difficulty walking. A reserved parking space is available for you in the building’s underground garage. From there, the elevator comfortably takes you to the fifth floor. Then, it's just a few steps and a couple of stairs until you're welcomed by the cozy atmosphere of the apartment.
A grocery store, a bakery, a pharmacy, several restaurants and cafés, and a bar offering delicious croissants and drinks are just a few steps away.
One more tip: If you're interested in learning more about the life and work of the Italian composer Ruggero Leoncavallo, you're in luck. The museum dedicated to him is very close by.
PS: The parking space is not suitable for those traveling with an SUV or a tall vehicle.
