Approx. 500 metres from the house you will find a child-friendly beach with a wooden pier just as the area has a water park, golf course, miniature golf, tennis courts, boat rental etc. One of the bedrooms has an extra TV and PlayStation3. The central location an hour's drive from Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Esbjerg and Rømø gives you plenty of opportunities to explore the sights. No letting to youth and builder groups.
