This historic villa overlooks the vineyards from the top of the hill. With a hot tub, sauna, infinity pool, gym and Turkish bath (all for shared use), you can unwind here. For a surcharge, you can also enter the spa, where you can enjoy spa treatments, massages, sports courts and squash and paddle courts, among others. Great for holidays with family or friends. The surroundings, with plenty of vineyards, are perfect for hiking. Moreover, you can use the available bikes to discover the region on 2 wheels.The exterior is characterised by the medieval chapel, which has been transformed into an elegant living space after restoration. The air-conditioned rooms offer magical views of the countryside. The fully enclosed garden guarantees security and privacy and the infinity pool with hot tub is the icing on the cake. Fruit, seasonal vegetables and fresh juices, sourced from the on-site farm, are available on arrival, as well as local wines, water and a welcome drink. Buffet breakfast at the nearby resort, daily cleaning, fresh pool towels daily, 3 hours free access to the spa (upon reservation) and unlimited access to the golf course are included in the price.

The villa, easily accessible, is located in a strategic point for those who want to visit central Italy.Bologna international airport is only half an hour away by car, as is the historic center of the city of towers with its arcades, churches, market, Bologna city of colors and flavors.Ravenna is about an hour's drive away we find Modena, Ravenna and the Adriatic Sea. With a little more road you can reach San Marino, Parma, Florence. Do not miss the small villages in the surrounding hills and of course local wine and food, Emilia Romagna is a land of flavors and is famous for tortellini, lasagna, stuffed tigelle, fried dumplings with cured meats and I could go on to 'infinite.
