Holiday apartments in a villa with a garden and a shared mounted pool
The apartments are part of a two-family house, situated in the hills around Recco, a little town near Genoa and Rapallo. It is in a quiet residential area, surrounded by a large olive grove.
The villa consists of two independent apartments. Apartment B occupies the lower floor and apartment A the two upper floors. The apartments afford a wonderful view of Recco and the sea. The house and garden have a wireless Internet connection for guests. The apartments provide perfect holiday accommodation even outside of the summer season, as all the rooms have radiators. There is no air conditioning.
The site of around 3000m² is terraced and planted with olive trees. An oak forest surrounds the olive grove. The lovely mounted pool is worth a special mention, for shared use by guests at both apartments. There are hammocks in the garden, ideal for relaxing. There is a large parking area on part of the site for a maximum of 12 cars, accessed along outdoor or indoor stairs. The fully enclosed site is closed off by an automatic gate.
The centre 2km away has shops, restaurants and bars. You can walk from the villa to the Dell’Ascensione pilgrimage church. There is bicycle hire in Recco and in Rapallo.
Holiday apartment A
In front of the apartment there is a private terrace with a table and chairs and a grill. An awning provides pleasant shade in the summer months. The four-bed room opens onto a balcony.
This holiday apartment occupies the top two floors of the three-storey villa. It provides around 200m2 of living space. There is a large living room on the lower floor, with an upholstered suite in front of the fireplace, including a sofa bed for two people and a flatscreen TV. Behind the bookcase there are two single beds (90 x 190cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. The dining space has a table and chairs. Next to it there is the kitchen with a practical hatch through to the dining space. It is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is also a large shower room. Stairs lead to the upper floor with a total of three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bunk bed, the second with a double bed, and the third with two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed. A supplementary bed for one person can be added to the four-bed room. The double beds measure 160 x 190cm, the single beds 90 x 190cm. There are also three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a whirlpool bath.
