    “Appartement loué en août 2012. Agréablement meublé. Salle de bain et chambres agréables. Très belle vue sur les canaux. L'équipement de cuisine est minimaliste, mais on s'adapte. Le gros point noir est l'absence de climatisation, ce qui oblige en été à ouvrir les fenêtres le soir. Or, l'appartement donne sur des restaurants au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui peut le rendre extêmement bruyant. En résumé, soit on a trop chaud, soit on ne peut pas dormir à cause du bruit (les espagnols vivent beaucoup la nuit). Heureusement pour nous, la plupart de ces restaurants étaient fermés lors de notre séjour.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Verfügte über eine große Kühlkombination, eine Mikrowelle mit Grill und einen modernen Ceranfeldherd.
    Das Fernsehen wurde vor kurzem auf digital umgestellt, sodass man nur spanische Sender empfängt. Der Zustand der Wohnung war einwandfrei und man konnte sehen, dass die Wohnung frisch gestrichen war. Alle Sanitären Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber, sowie der Rest der Wohnung. Für 4 Personen war die Wohnung groß genug, bei 6 Erwachsenen wäre es schon schwieriger gewesen. Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Hafenanlage und vom Balkon kann man das Meer sehen. Bis auf ein paar lästige Franzosen, war es auch in der Nacht ruhig und man hat von den Bars nichts gehört. Möchte man den Pool der Hafenanlage benutzen sollte man sich auf überteuerte Preise einstellen. Ansonsten ist die Lage der Wohnung im Hafen sehr schön. Der Preis ist für die Lage und Wohnung gerechtfertigt und der Service vor Ort war sehr gut auch wenn man Fragen hatte.”
