This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located on the Natrun mountain near Maria Alm in Salzburgerland, at an altitude of 1150 meters and is located directly in the famous Hochkönig ski area.The chalet is comfortably furnished and offers a large living room with an open fireplace and direct access to the large balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms (one with a stacked bed, 2 with a private balcony) and a large bathroom with an integrated sauna. In the basement there is a lounge with a table tennis table, a washing machine and dryer as well as a storage room for skis. You can park directly at the chalet.The chalet is located in the middle of the Hochkönig ski region, which is part of the Ski Amade ski area. Against the backdrop of the Hochkönig, this ski area between the three towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers up to 120 extensive and wide kilometers of pistes, 3 fun parks and 34 lifts. The ski slopes are within walking distance from the chalet.In summer, the Sommerstein adventure pool at the eastern end of Maria Alm, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden or the Zeller Strandbad in Zell am See offer lots of swimming fun! The idyllic town of Maria Alm is a sports paradise and place of pilgrimage in the middle of the Salzburg mountains and offers many other leisure and activity options.The town center of Maria Alm is in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find several restaurants and shops, an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and the tourist office. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in around 1.5 hours by car.A steep mountain path with curves and breathtaking views leads you to the chalet, so it is recommended to take good snow chains with you from September to April inclusive. In heavy snowfall you won't be able to do without it! However, when it snows, the manager clears the access route.
