Diana lovely studio with balcony
This lovely studio is located just in the centre of the new part of Dubrovnik, cca 150 m far away from the sea.All the necessary facilities and amenities are nearby. All the shops, restaurants, promenades, cafe bars or even the old town are within a walking distancewhich is good if you would like to spend your vacation in the centre but at the same time outside of the crowd.
The studio apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed for two persons and there is another extra bed for additional one person.The area of the flat is 35 m2 and it has big loggia overlooking the street and a part of sea. There ia a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen in this flat, so you can fully enjoy your stay here.If you do not want to bother about what to prepare for breakfast or lunch, simply just take a lift to the ground floor and go to the reataurant in the same complex.The cleaning fee of 45€ will be paid per stay.
The loggia is equipped with an outdoor furniture and you can enjoy having a coffee in the afternoon or breakfast in the morning.The bus stop is just outside of the building so even if you decide to take an airport transfer or to take a local bus, everything is here :-)
In case you are arriving by car, you have a possibility to use a parking nearby at extra cost cca 15€ per day.Our kind staff will be at your disposal either if you would like to book a transfer upon your arrival or some nice daily tour,
