In the surroundings, there are the golf courses of Hacienda Riquelme and New Sierra Golf, at a distance of 5 km. The closest beach is located about 15 minutes away and the city of Murcia is about 20 minutes away, where you will find countless leisure, recreational, gastronomic, and cosmopolitan activities. In the surroundings of the south of Alicante or Mar Menor you can practice all kinds of water sports, and enjoy the best beaches and summer landscapes with a multitude of activities for families and friends.This house has 3 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a living room. Outside the house has a kitchen with a wood oven, barbecue, and barbecue for rice dishes. The owners maintain the garden, pool, and the 2,000-meter plot with trees, so they visit the plot to carry out maintenance work with prior notice to the guests. Also, the pool is not available for bathing in winters. Note: Pool open from 06/01/24 to 09/30/2024.
