You enter this spacious apartment of approx. 75 m2 through the hallway with cloakroom and enter the kitchen, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The spacious and cozy living room with a comfortable seating area and dining table gives access to the terrace and the large communal garden. The large bedroom sleeps 4, there is both a lovely wooden double bed and a bunk bed and there is ample storage space. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds. The modern bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. Garden furniture is available. There is also the possibility to clean your MTB in the garden. This apartment is an ideal base for going out during your stay in Sauerland. After a long day on the slopes, after a brisk walk or a vigorous mountain bike ride through the rolling countryside, it is wonderful to come home to this attractively furnished accommodation. The apartment is in an apartment building with two other apartments, but has its own entrance.
