This beautiful apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building in Winterberg-Elkeringhausen.You enter the spacious apartment of approx. 85 m2 via the staircase and get into the hallway with the cloakroom. The cozy living room has a comfortable seating area and dining area for 6 people. The living room gives you access to the balcony. The closed kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. The large bedroom offers space for 4 people, there is both a 2-person bed and a bunk bed and there is plenty of storage space. The second spacious bedroom has a double bed and closet with ample storage space. The modern bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. Garden furniture is available. There is also the possibility to clean your MTB in the garden. This apartment is an ideal base for going out during your stay in Sauerland. After a long day on the slopes, after a brisk walk or a vigorous mountain bike ride through the rolling countryside, it is wonderful to come home to this attractively furnished accommodation. The apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building with two other apartments.
