This luxury villa is located in Beaufort, in southern France offering breathtaking views. On its own grounds of approx. 3000m², villa Rouqe Jalabert has a private heated pool and phenomenal views over the vineyards of the Minervois with its mountains behind. There are 3 bedrooms where a total of 6 people can sleep with the possibility of using an extra bed. There is a beautiful garden full of Mediterranean plants with a lovely private swimming pool, where you can cool down on hot summer days. This villa is beautifully located in Beaufort, near the Chateau de Beaufort. A perfect base for long walks through the vineyards. The villa is located a few kilometres from Olonzac, where you will find all the shops and restaurants. On Tuesday mornings there is a lively market in Olonzac. South of Olonzac is a large lake, the 'Lac de Jouarres', where you can surf, sail and swim. Near Olonzac are the little ports of the Canal du Midi, where you can rent a boat for a day trip. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, free WIFI and CanalDigitaal. The various terraces with nice seating areas and the mature garden offer optimal privacy. The large terrace/veranda is partly covered. This villa has an attractively furnished spacious lounge/dining room with a large kitchen table and chairs. The spacious kitchen offers every luxury to be desired: a large granite worktop, induction hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, combi microwave oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
