It is located in the lovely characterful village of Bize Minervois, some 70 meters from the village square and close to all amenities. The house features a nice private pool (heated from May till the end of September). There is an outside barbecue area with a lovely garden for enjoying barbecue meals and drinks nights! This villa is ideal for a vacation with a large group of friends or families. Start the day with a morning walk in the forest nearby. The villa is within walking distance from the fishing river where you can catch a fish for your lunch or dinner meal. From the mini market, you can buy the essentials required for the stay. Buy the desserts from the bakery 10 m away. At the same distance, you will find restaurants serving delicious meals.Enjoy the peace and quiet of riverside village life. The decor is rustic and comfortable. There is a large kitchen, a large sitting room with TV and DVD, and a suite of English channels. The two terraces give you the possibility to sit in the shade or in the sun, the dining table is perfect for outside dining. The table tennis table stands in the garage for enjoying a game or two. A smaller snug is also located on the ground floor and Broadband is available.
