This high class newly built villa, consisting of high-quality materials, is equipped with designer furniture. It offers ideal holidays for friends and families close to the beach and the beautiful blue Adriatic Sea. Villa Martina can accommodate 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area spread over 2 floors and 250 m2.
Outside you can enjoy the Istrian sun by the private pool surrounded by green lawn. The villa is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi and offers everything for a pleasant holiday. There is parking for up to 6 cars at the villa.
Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away. Villa Martina is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.
The beautiful Villa Martina is located in tinjan, a charming little Istrian village in the south-western part of Istria. Today, this part of Istria attracts many tourists. The surrounding area offers beautiful crystal clear blue Adriatic Sea, unspoilt nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during the summer months.
From Faana, only 3 km away from the villa, you can rent a boat and visit the Brijuni Islands, a fabulous national park. The Brijuni Islands are very popular with golfers.
tinjan is only 10 km from Pula, a city with a rich cultural heritage, famous for its Roman amphitheatre. Within walking distance of Villa Martina you will find restaurants and shopping facilities. Nearby there is a riding club where you can enjoy horse riding in Istria. About 500 metres from the villa you will also find a tennis club with three well-maintained tennis courts. Villa Martina is close to the sea.
