    “Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. 7 km von Bellano entfernt, klingt nicht viel, bedeutet aber ca. 25 min Fahrzeit über steile und enge Serpentinen. Das Haus liegt mitten in den Bergen. Man muss sehr gut und sicher fahren können, sonst schafft man die Fahrt zum Haus nicht. Das Haus selber ist über eine sehr enge und sehr steile private Straße zu erreichen. Für Fahrer mit Kleinwagen und tiefer gelegten Fahrzeugen absolut nicht zu schaffen! Das Grundstück selber ist toll: eingezäuntes Grundstück mit Pool und genialem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Das Haus ist für ein Ferienhaus gut angelegt, aber Mobiliar und Geschirr haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Vieles ist angeschlagen und beschädigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nur im nahen Dorf beim Bäcker: Brot und Milch. Andere Dinge muss man in Bellano oder weiter weg kaufen. Für Personen, die Ruhe suchen ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet, mal schnell noch Essen gehen oder an den See zu fahren, ist bei dieser Lage nicht möglich. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, spricht aber nur Italienisch.”
