Attractive villa located at the edge of the woods and with its own jetty at the waterfront!This attractive villa, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, has a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Furthermore, underfloor heating keeps the house warm and cosy. The open kitchen has a large dining table (3 m long), where you can enjoy your meals and after-dinner conversations.The location of this villa is ideal, from the villa you walk straight into the woods for short or long walks, while at the back the villa has its own jetty on the water. The jetty has a swimming ladder from which you can go straight into the water for a refreshing dive. There is also a two-person canoe.The centre of Harderwijk is 6.8 km away where you can shop and enjoy a delicious meal. Harderwijk is known for its good restaurants. The Veluwe Lake is 2 km away and the lake beach is 3.8 km away. A small supermarket is 5 km away where you can buy necessities for the stay. There are further interesting sights worth visiting. For your entertainment, there is a tennis court and petanque court (open to both tenants and owners) in the park. Parking is available outside the door.The large terrace with several seating areas faces south. The canopy over the terrace not only provides shade in summer but also shelter from the rain.
