From the living area you can access the southeast balcony. You can relax wonderfully in the high-quality Garpa garden furniture - enjoy the sound of the waves. The beach is only about 100m away! The kitchen adjacent to the living room is fully equipped for your holiday needs. You also have an oven, dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine (from Jura) at your disposal. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a flat screen TV. The sloping windows can be completely darkened. Directly adjacent is the spacious dressing room with a large wardrobe including a safe. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The wellness bathroom (daylight bathroom) features a floor-level rain shower shower with a glass cabin. The toilet is separate.There is a free parking space at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.
