An ideal villa for families with children, couples or even a group of friends. Private pool (with heating option), Barbecue, Terrace, pool and Pingpong table. Located near Olhos de Agua.
It is located within a few minutes from the beach Falesia and all facilities such as golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping and supermarkets are all within a short drive and walking distance.

Excellent private villa with 6 bedrooms / 7 bathrooms, sleeps 12/16 people (possibility of putting 4 extra beds).
The property is spread over three floors.

On the Lower ground floor you have 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with two double beds, and a sofa bed, with bathroom on the hallway, another bedroom with two individual beds with bathroom, another bedroom with two individual beds en-suite private bathroom.

You also have a playroom with the a pool table.

The ground floor is occupied by a Suite - a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a en-suite bathroom (possibility to have extra bed) with a terrace. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your daily meals (Oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher machine).

The living /dinning room is also located in the ground floor and has access to the swimming pool. The TV has national and International channels, this villa also has Internet access wifi.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms - each of them has en-suite bathrooms. One Suite has a King size double bed with private balcony with swimming pool view and one suite has twin beds with private balcony.

All our bedrooms have air conditioning to make your holiday enjoyable any day of the year. The nearest beach is the wonderful Praia da Falesia - miles of sandy beach, with a backdrop of reddish-orange cliffs and pine-trees - which runs for miles, almost all the way to Vilamoura. Car rental is by no means necessary, unless perhaps you want to go to the beach everyday or you really want to explore the Algarve during your holiday.

For the small trips a taxi or a bus is very handy and not so expensive!

Safety: Main gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off. Outside: Large patio set with garden furniture,Barbecue area, table and chairs including sun loungers to enjoy the sun, superb swimming pool (more or less 11mx5) with and shades, terrace overlooking the pool and patio area.The house faces south so it has sun all day long.

Private parking closed with a electronic gate.

Safety equipment: Safe for personal effects, kitchen equipped with fire blankets, extinguishers and fire detectors

Prices includes: Final cleaning, change of towels weekly, bed linen change every week. All household towels and linens. All utilities (gas, water, electricity) and air-con. TV with local and International channels. Safe. Cots and High chairs for infants.

Optional Extras: On request we are happy to provide heated pool and arrange Welcome Packs, Airport Transfers. We can also help with: Car Rental, Excursions, Golf, Local Information, Dinner.
