Our cozy, bright apartment in the basement is on the ground floor, is in a quiet outskirts location. Parking spaces directly in front of the apartment, separate entrance. The apartment offers a spacious living room with a spacious kitchen area, a bathroom with washing machine, 1 separate toilet, 2 bedrooms and a small storage room.You can use the many cycling and hiking trails directly from the holiday apartment, for example to the Große Lautertal. In town there is a grocery store with a bakery (open on Sundays), 2 banks with EC machines, a general practitioner, an indoor swimming pool, bicycle rental as well as a pizzeria and 2 restaurants.Note: Since the descent to the holiday apartment is a little steeper, the car must be parked in the courtyard entrance when there is snow or ice.
