The holiday home was renovated in 2016 and newly furnished. It offers space for up to 4 people and is located on a residential path directly on the lake with a swimming area at a distance of approx. 20 m. The cozy house is framed by an idyllic, wild property.On the ground floor is a spacious, open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern ceramic hob, microwave (with grill or crisp function) and a coffee machine (filter), but without oven. The living room (with a sofa bed and chest of drawers) on the 1st floor has a balcony with a view of the lake. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and chest of drawers. The terrace room on the ground floor has double bed (160x200) with sideboard and a small desk. The house has 2 bathrooms, one of them with infrared cabin.The holiday home has a protected terrace that invites you to spend a lot of time in the fresh air.3 cars can park on the property.
