Our bright apartment (approx. 98 m²) has an open living/dining area with winter garden and fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living area combined with the room height of up to 3.5m convey a loft feeling. A modern TV, a music system and lots of reading contribute to relaxation, as do the good mattresses in the bedrooms. One bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom, the other bedroom is adjacent to the separate guest toilet. Professional insect screens are available throughout the apartment. While the living area faces south and west, the bedrooms face north. The furnishings of the holiday apartment are of high quality.You can enjoy the sunsets from the balcony. The garage and your own parking space are next to the entrance area.The holiday apartment is in a small cul-de-sac about 150m from the lake. It is located in the entire attic of a modern 4-party house.Bed linen, tea towels, shower mats and a set of towels per person are included, as is cleaning of the apartment upon departure.The newly designed waterfront promenade, the natural lido (free entry for holiday guests) and the lake park are just a few steps away. The Lake Constance cycle path passes in the immediate vicinity. A baker and a butcher are nearby, as is a bicycle rental service.
