This penthouse apartment is located at the southern harbor in Kappeln with a fantastic view over the Schlei, the bascule bridge and the herring fences. The view will enchant everyone: whether when you wake up in the morning, while brushing your teeth, from the spacious living and cooking area or from the large roof terrace. Here you “sit” on the Schlei. The roof terrace with a table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers is approx. 30 square meters in size and has an awning. There is a cellar for bicycles off the underground car park. There they are dry and accessible at any time. The price shown is a "final price" - there are no additional costs. Towels, bed linen, parking space etc. are included. We rent directly as owners and have furnished the holiday apartment with great attention to detail. An old fender board as a coffee table, a former surf sail behind the wardrobe and an old oar as decoration have found a place here. The pictures also have a maritime background and come from Kiel artists who were very connected to the water.
