The tastefully furnished semi-detached house impresses with its extensive furnishings, a cozy atmosphere and a quiet yet close location to the water.The holiday home is allergy-friendly and has underfloor heating. The total of 70 square meters are distributed on the ground floor across a hallway with a cloakroom, a guest toilet with washing machine and an integrated living/dining area with kitchenette. In the living room there is a television, a DVD player and a stereo system. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and the children's room has two single beds and external shutters.There is a log cabin on the property that houses 2 bicycles for your trips and a barbecue. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, an awning and a beach chair and, thanks to its south/west location, invites you to sunbathe all day long.
