Enjoy your holidays and feel good in the 1842 farm, which was lovingly renovated in 2021.In the cozy holiday cottage "Eifelise" you can expect a mix of "old & new" with ultra-modern comfort - from the Weber grill to your own whirlpool in the garden.And all of this on 140 square meters of living space and around 800 square meters of land, which is exclusively available to you.The holiday home "Eifelise" is flooded with light and has a fully equipped kitchen for up to 8 people. The two bathrooms are equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a bathtub.The three bedrooms each have double beds (some box spring beds), which offer wonderful sleeping comfort.In two of the bedrooms there are additional sleeping options (sofa bed or day bed).The e-fireplace in the living/dining room provides comfort and the private library invites you to linger.There are various games for indoor and outdoor use as well as digital TV for entertainment.On the upper floor you can relax wonderfully in the new lounge with a separate roof terrace.The outdoor whirlpool (heated all year round) with outdoor shower in the garden provides a special wellness feeling.The holiday home is equipped with sufficient garden furniture, parasols, a large gas grill, hammock and table tennis table.
