The holiday apartment is very quiet in the Garmisch district, in a house with 4 residential units. Partnachauenstr. leads directly along the Partnach. It is traffic-calmed, i.e. 30 km/h limit and no buses or trucks.From the spacious south-east balcony you can enjoy the entire mountain panorama from the Alpspitze to the Zugspitze to the Kramer. From the two north-east facing balconies you have a wonderful view of the Wank all the way across to the new ski jump. Since there are two separate bedrooms, sleeping separately is possible.There is a lockable cellar room for sports equipment such as skis, sleds, ski helmets, ski boots, snowboards, bicycles, etc. for your own use.Minimum rental period 6 nights. Exception, Christmas/New Year 10 nights.
