The modern 1-room attic apartment (2nd floor/no elevator available) has a spacious designer leather couch in the living room from which you can comfortably watch television on the large flat screen.The sleeping area is equipped with a 180 cm wide bed with a view of the mountains, clean bed linen included.The open kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob, refrigerator - no freezer, dishwasher, microwave and filter coffee machine.Furthermore, the apartment is connected to the Grander water.In the spacious bathroom you will find time to relax, whether in the very large corner bathtub or in the shower with integrated massage jets.A balcony with morning sun and a view of the fields and a balcony with a view of Alpspitze.The apartment was subsequently expanded with 2 dormer windows, so the lintel to the sleeping area is slightly lower and the door into the bathroom. Please ask if you are a tall person.
