This restyled, semi-detached holiday home is located in the expansive Ferienresort Bad Bentheim holiday park. It's not far from the Dutch/German border, 20 km south of Nordhorn.The holiday home is fully and comfortably furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room featuring a TV with streaming functions. This allows you to stream apps from your tablet or phone to the TV via your own accounts. There is also an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. In addition, there is a double bedroom with a TV and an ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be set up as a double or twin. There are two bathrooms with underfloor heating. One has a bathtub, while the other has a walk-in shower and a traditional sauna. Here you can relax and completely unwind. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. The holiday home is child-friendly. It has a cot, bath, playpen and changing table. Upstairs there is a stair gate and a trolley wagon.Outside you'll find a pleasant enclosed garden with a terrace and garden furniture, including four sun loungers. A storage room with a washing machine and dryer is available. There is parking for two cars at the house.
