Our two holiday apartments are on the 2nd floor, each with a living/dining area with an integrated kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a small balcony with a partial view of the dike and the Weser.The holiday apartments are right next to each other! The balcony can be used per residential unit, but can also be used as a double balcony if, for example, you rent both holiday apartments.! The balcony is ONLY separated from each other with an awning, which can be closed or opened. There is no fixed partition wall!The prices refer to an apartment; both apartments have the same layout.One apartment is ideal for 2 people, but up to four beds are available!A lift takes you from the entrance to the 2nd floor.We rent an underground parking space from €8/day.For public parking behind the building isThe parking fee on weekdays is currently €3.50/day. You will also find free parking spaces within a 5-minute walk.
