Villa Gloria Vita is a beautiful, modernly furnished holiday house located at the edge of Nova Vas, distant 8 km from Novigrad and the nearest beach.
In the same place, Nova Vas, there are several typical taverns and excellent wine cellars, the shop is located 200 m from the house, and at only 2.7 km from the house there is a large water amusement park - Istralandia.
This house is located on an enclosed property with an outdoor swimming pool, a summer kitchen with a gas barbecue and a covered terrace with large dining table for outdoor dining.

The house has a total living area of 180 sqm on three levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a sofa bed for two, one double bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub and one double bedroom with double bed with private shower/toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with double bed, balcony and private bathroom/toilet. In the basement under the sundeck there is an air-conditioned living area with a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with pumps for wine and beer, a sofa and a TV. There is also a bedroom with double bed and TV and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
