The caravan is located separately on the owner's 3,300 m² property. It has a living area with sitting area, TV and radio, a sleeping area with double bed and a kitchen area with gas stove, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The sanitary area with shower, WC and washing machine (3 euros per wash) is located in a separate building right next to the WW. There is no water connection in the WW itself! There is a furnished outdoor seating area, barbecue, parking space and 2 bicycles for free use. Boat rental in the village. The total price includes: Bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning.

The small fishing village of Warthe is located on the Lieper Winkel, a peninsula between the Peenestrom and Achterwasser on the island of Usedom. The Baltic seaside resorts are approx. 25 km away. Restaurant and shopping in the village, to the bathing area on the Achterwasser approx. 800 m.
