The 70 m² vacation home for 2 people is located on a 400 m² separate and fully fenced recreational plot on the edge of the village. The property offers an unobstructed view of the rural surroundings of the Lieper Winkel peninsula. The vacation home extends over two living levels. On the first floor there is a kitchen-living room (wood-burning stove, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio, electric stove with oven, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 1 bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine (3 EUR/wash). On the upper floor (access via steep room-saving staircase) there is another living/sleeping area. Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue, beach chair and parking. Internet (W-LAN) is available. In addition, 4 bicycles can be used free of charge and a rowing boat can be rented by arrangement. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.

The small fishing village of Warthe is located on the Lieper Winkel, a peninsula between the Peenestrom and Achterwasser on the island of Usedom. It is approx. 25 km to the Baltic seaside resorts. Restaurant and shopping in the village, to the bathing area at the Achterwasser approx. 800 m.
