One of three approx. 40 m² apartments for a maximum of 3 people, located separately on the ground floor and first floor of a townhouse in the centre of the old town of Malchow. The historic 18th century building has been extensively renovated over several years and completely refurbished. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are within a radius of a few hundred metres. The special thing about the old town of Malchow; it is an island surrounded by Lake Malchow and Lake Fleesensee. A public lake access with a small seating area is right next to the house.
This apartment on the ground floor has a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, desk, double bed, smart TV), an open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, dining area, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also modern air conditioning, free WiFi and an internet-enabled Smart TV.

The two apartments on the upper floor (DZV779 and DZV778) are similarly equipped, but have an open-plan sleeping area (access via a steep, space-saving staircase).
Each apartment also has a parking space. There are 2 parking spaces directly at the house and a private parking space approx. 200 metres away.

The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. The climatic health resort of Malchow charges a visitor's tax (payable on site).

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town. Boat and bicycle hire directly in the town as well as wellness, sports and golf offers in the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions.
