The beautiful stone villa "Es Garballo was built on a 15,500 m² plot on a hillside between Artà and Son Servera. The small town of Artà with all its supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The unspoilt, natural sandy beaches of the island, such as Costa dels Pins, are also close to the villa. Son Servera with its lively weekly market is also only about 3 km away. There are four golf courses close to the villa, some of which are only 5 minutes away by car.
The air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is limited to the time between 21:00 and 08:00.
