If you love the quiet life and nature, but also prefer to leave the car on the property from time to time when you need to go to the supermarket or restaurant quickly, then Villa Ca na Rosa is your perfect holiday home! The beautifully maintained small house for up to seven people was built on the edge of the small holiday resort of Selva on a hill in the rural north of the island. Despite its proximity to the neighbours, it offers plenty of privacy. In the lovingly landscaped garden with lush greenery and thick hedges that protect you from prying eyes, you can cool off at any time in the pool, which also has a gentle staircase. Afterwards, soak up some vitamin D on one of the comfortable sun loungers and let your gaze wander behind your sunglasses over the beautiful green surroundings. A special highlight is the separate covered terrace right next to the pool area: the cosy garden furniture not only invites you to do nothing, but the large wooden table also invites you to eat and linger in the evening hours until late at night.

Ca na Rosa de Selva has a bright and friendly interior with classic, high-quality furniture. Numerous windows let in the typical Mallorcan light, while the choice of white or pastel-cream colours on the walls contribute to the homely atmosphere. Here you can clearly feel the loving attention to detail in the interior design. Various works of art hang by hand on the walls in all rooms, from delicate sketches to black and white photographs, and the decorative items have been carefully selected with a great sense of style. The living and dining area is open-plan and only separated by a glass door. In the living room you will find a tempting upholstered sofa with lots of pretty cushions as well as matching armchairs and a footstool to put your feet up on. Perfect for watching a nice film in the evening or chatting with friends over a glass of wine and the flickering candles by the decorative fireplace - simply wonderful! Right next to it is a wooden dining table where you can enjoy the culinary delights prepared in the high-quality and spacious kitchen. But you can also stay in the kitchen, as there is also a large dining table here, and the kitchen is where most people feel most at home anyway. Nothing stands in the way of an extensive breakfast outdoors: from the kitchen you have direct access to a large, sunny terrace. Surrounded by the scent of rosemary in pretty little terracotta pots, it's not only a wonderful place to eat, but you might also feel like reading a good book in one of the deckchairs. All the bedrooms only emphasise the overall impression you get from this townhouse: Not only are they beautifully bright and with marvellous views of the surrounding countryside, they are also very clean, well-maintained and lovingly decorated. The bathrooms are no less impressive: immaculately clean, thoroughly well-appointed, with large windows and exquisite lighting.

Your holiday home is located on the edge of the picturesque holiday resort of Selva in the north of the island. The Tramuntana mountains provide an impressive backdrop to the charming village with its many pretty alleyways, the large church on Plaça Major and the many pretty houses. Mass tourism has hardly found its way into Selva, so you can still experience a small slice of authentic Mallorcan life. Don't miss the weekly market on Wednesdays, where you can stroll around and find fresh fruit, vegetables and other delicacies, as well as flowers, clothing and local handicrafts. If you fancy a wider selection of shops, restaurants and cafés, all you have to do is drive from Selva to Inca, Mallorca's third-largest town, which is just 6.5 kilometres away. The north side of the Tramuntana mountains offers unspoilt nature, which can be easily reached on foot or by bike from Selva. The beach and the sea can be reached in just 35 minutes by car in Alcúdia.

On the edge of the picturesque Villa Selva, in the north of Mallorca, you can spend a holiday in the countryside at the well-kept Ca na Rosa de Selva and enjoy all the amenities that a holiday resort has to offer. Built on a small hill, the small house offers plenty of privacy and is the perfect starting point for walks into town and exploring the surrounding countryside. Alcúdia beach is around 33 km away in your hire car.
